Our production is run according to the most up-to-date ecological and economic principles at our state-of-the-art carpentry workshop on Lake Ägerisee. We combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology and are honoured to have been awarded the prestigious “Swiss made” label.
Thanks to a modern CNC cutting system and an in-house spraying plant that guarantees a perfect surface finish, we work very efficiently and to the highest quality standards. As a company that trains young apprentices in our craft, we invest in the future of our carpentry profession and are proud of our apprentices.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Carpentry workshop with tradition and its roots in the Canton of Zug. Our company was founded in 1961. Find out more about important milestones and events in the history of the Zug carpentry workshop, B+O – Blattmann and Odermatt, here.
This year we celebrate our 60th anniversary. Every day, about 35 employees and trainees are engaged in serving our clients.
Our new showroom in the centre of Oberägeri was launched.
We moved from the village to the industrial zone and into the new production workshop in Morgarten.
Edgar Odermatt took over the business as sole owner, after Hansruedi Blattmann left the company.
The 2nd generation of owners, Hansruedi Blattmann and Edgar Odermatt took over the business.
The first CNC machining centre started operations.
The move to the newly constructed building at Hauptstrasse 39 in Oberägeri (now the showroom).
The company founders, Hans Blattmann and Albert Odermatt, two passionate craftsmen, realised their dream of self-employment. The old “Schmitte” on the Silbergasse was converted into a carpenter’s workshop.
